Introduction to Eccentric Training Workshop

Eccentric training involves the lengthening of muscle-tendon complex under resistance. Numerous studies has shown positive effects of eccentric training on strength, power and muscular hypertrophy.

In this workshop, participants will be able to learn:

More than 15 years of experience as a Strength & Conditioning coach at ISN working with numerous national and elite Malaysian athletes. He currently works with Archery, Wushu and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics team.
